Administrator's rights required

after clicking on	the draft will be halted
Once the draft has been placed on hold, the menu item "Pause Draft" is replaced by "Resume Draft".
after clicking on	the draft will continue

In cases where the draft has been placed on hold by the system draft administrator, pressing the resume menu item will not result in the draft continuing. In that case the system draft administrator must allow the draft to continue first The draft however will remain on hold and the system draft administrator must still press the resume menu item.
